To get started, first review the PO Requirements page. After reviewing, complete our Customer Account Form and send us your Tax Exemption Form and DUNS number.

Providing this information allows us to set up your reseller account and ensure your orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

▼ How do I create a quote?

To create a quote, first sign in to your RackSolutions account or create a new account if you don’t have one.

Once logged in, browse our products and add the items you want quoted to your cart. When you’re ready, go to your shopping cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.”

Fill in the required information and choose your shipping method. After confirming that all details are correct, select “Generate Quote.”

You’ll then see a “Thank you for your interest!” confirmation page. Check your email for your generated quote from RackSolutions, it will be sent to the address you provided during the quote request process.

Our Quick PO Processing allows you to Order with an Online PO or Order with an Email PO. Please refer to our Quick PO Processing Guide for exact steps.

▼ What is your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process?

If you are looking to return an order please complete the attached form and e-mail it to [email protected] to begin the return process. Please review our RMA Policies below before submitting your RMA form to ensure a smooth return process.

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including Ground, Express Saver, 2-Day, 2-Day AM, Standard Overnight, and Priority Overnight.

2-Day: Delivery by 5 p.m.
2-Day AM: Delivery by 10:30 a.m.
Standard Overnight: Delivery by 5 p.m.
Priority Overnight: Delivery by 10:30 a.m.

If you are purchasing a high-volume order or server racks, you will need to indicate during checkout if you require Inside Delivery or if your shipping address has limited access. Providing these details helps us ensure a smooth and efficient delivery experience.
